At Annalisa Diamond, we ensure that your precious purchases are handled with the highest level of care from our workshop to your doorstep. Delivery to carrier will be fulfilled within 2 business days for in-stock items and 14 business days for out-of-stock items.

Insured Shipping: Every order is shipped via fully insured premium couriers. We bear the risk of loss or damage until the package is delivered to you. Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any signs of tampering. If the seal is broken or the box is damaged, you must file a report with the courier representative immediately. 

Standard Return Policy: For standard, non-customized products, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition, showing no signs of use or scratches, and must be accompanied by its original certificate, invoice, and all packaging materials.

Exclusions: Please note that under the current Consumer Protection Legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been customized or modified at the request of the consumer. This includes rings resized to specific parmak (finger) measurements, items with personalized engravings, or bespoke designs created specifically for the Buyer. For hygiene reasons, earrings are also subject to strict return inspections.
